Watson Realty Orlando-Kissimmee Agents Receive Distressed Property Designation

I am pleased to announce that several of the Orlando-Kissimmee real estate agents in my office recently attended a Certified Distressed Property Expert course held over 2 days in Orlando. By participating in this educational course they have received the CDPE designation. Having this designation means that sellers and buyers can trust that these agents have a deeper understanding of the short sale process and can use this knowledge and experience to assist those who are facing hard times and may need to sell their home instead of losing the home to foreclosure.
