Watson Realty Kissimmee Agents Attend Wachovia Short Sale Webinar

Members of the Watson Realty Orlando Kissimmee real estate office recently attended a Webinar presented by Wachovia. The webinar introduced Wachovia’s Fast Track Short Sale program. The goal is to speed up the short sale transaction for Wachovia customers and the Fast Track program brings together real estate agents, Wachovia representatives and the home owner in order to accomplish this goal.
The professional real estate agents in my office are leaders in closing short sales throughout Central Florida. This new program along with the CDPE designation and the assistance of Watson title Services offer distressed home owners a way out of their situation.
