This tradition continues at the Watson Realty Orlando-Kissimmee office. Our upcoming in office training schedule over the next 2 weeks include:

 

  • How to sell HUD homes – We will cover the A-Z of finding, submitting bids and closing a HUD transaction. We will review the forms, addendum and Broker manual plus prepare a mock purchase agreement.

 

  • Direct mail/Bulk mail – This session will include information on creating a postcard using Publisher, mail merge and processing bulk mail. This training is of huge benefit to agents who use bulk mail as a form of their marketing.

 

  • Transaction Desk – Agents who want to move away from preparing a contract on paper first and would rather have an ability to prepare a contract and addendums online will enjoy our Transaction desk training.
