This is a great time of the year with the holiday season providing each of us an opportunity to spend time with our loved ones, and reflect on all that we have to be thankful. The end of the year is also a perfect time for each of us as real estate professionals to reflect on our past year’s successes.

As you consider the upcoming year I would like to ask that you take a moment and consider the advantages of associating with Watson Realty. This year we continued developing and enhancing our systems geared towards increasing our agent’s success. These new systems and enhancements included:

• Orlando Sentinel. We continue to advertise in the Orlando Sentinel print version but we also enhanced our Orlando Sentinel Online real estate search. Our agents’ listings and the agents’ phone numbers are now showcased near the top when buyers search for homes in Osceola and surrounding counties.
• Smarter Agent. We recently partnered with Smarter Agent which allows visitors to our website to download a listing search tool onto their cell phones with leads going directly to our agents.
• Direct mail program. We pre-print postcards and pay for bulk mail postage in order for our agents to use this marketing to announce new listings or sales and assist them with working their farm areas.
• Incentive contests. This past month I was excited to award 2 cruises and 3 cameras to agents in the Kissimmee office as part of a company wide fall incentive contest.
