At the Watson Realty Orlando-Kissimmee branch office I have been meeting with the newer and less experienced agents at 11 AM on Tuesday mornings for an hour. These meetings have included reviewing of the purchase agreement and listing contract plus answering and discussing questions and concerns that our newer agents have as they start getting busy.
This Tuesday, February 16th we have invited Erika Alvarez with Watson Mortgage to meet with everyone who would like a refresher, brush, or the first time to learn a little about FHA financing. FHA is becoming increasingly popular method of financing for Florida buyers. This is a great way for all of our agents to receive a reminder about the advantages of FHA financing.
Also for the newer and less experienced agents Tiffany Chapman with Watson Title will be meeting with them on Tuesday February 23rd at 11 AM to discuss closings, title insurance, policy and procedures. This type of training should be a must attend for newer less experienced agents.
